The Alabama Crimson Tide football team is in the midst of their first practice of the season, and Jalen Hurts has been doing his best to make a statement.
The where is lamar jackson from is a question that has been asked multiple times. Lamar Jackson has had an interesting start to his NFL career, as he threw his first interception in the Patriots game.

As NFL clubs prepare for more preseason games in 2021, quarterbacks were once again the center of attention during training camp sessions on Monday, both on and off the field.
Jalen Hurts of the Eagles impressed against Cam Newton and the Patriots, Patrick Mahomes of the Chiefs is getting set for more preseason game plays with his rebuilt offensive line — plus he just launched a new sneaker — and Lamar Jackson tossed his first interceptions at Ravens camp.
In other news, a wardrobe mishap occurred in Jacksonville, Ryan Fitzpatrick continues to separate himself from the Washington backups, and Jalen Mayfield resumed his tour of the Falcons’ offensive line.
Here’s everything you need to know and watch from the league’s various camps:

Deshaun Watson was not present for the Texans’ practice.
Deshaun Watson, the quarterback for the Houston Texans, did not practice on Monday afternoon after returning to the field for a week.

Watson, who arrived to training camp on July 25 after seeking a trade in January, trained for the first five days, then had a five-day break before returning for all four days of the third week of practice.
Jordan Love’s shoulder MRI came back negative, but he may miss the rest of the season.
Jordan Love’s right shoulder MRI came back negative, according to a source who spoke to ESPN’s Rob Demovsky, but the Green Bay Packers backup quarterback was kept out of practice on Monday. Love is “feeling a lot better,” according to Packers coach Matt LaFleur, “but we’re going to be smart.” Love may play against the New York Jets on Saturday, according to LaFleur.

Today’s sightings by NFL Nation’s reporters
Patrick Mahomes just played four plays in the preseason opener against the San Francisco 49ers, but Andy Reid said he’ll get more action against the Cardinals on Friday night. “I believe it’s essential for him to get accustomed to those new [offensive linemen] he’s working with, and for them to hear his voice in a game scenario with spectators,” Reid said. Mahomes expressed his need for more snaps. “I believe it’s even more essential this year, with the new offensive line and a lot of new players out there,” he added. “Kind of getting in and out of the huddle… and having that communication because it’s different on game day than it is in practice.” So getting those repetitions in is beneficial.” Adam Teicher’s remark
Lamar Jackson threw two interceptions in training camp, both of which were picked off by safety Chuck Clark. Jackson was first intercepted while attempting to force a ball in the center of the field, and then was picked off in the end zone on a deflected throw. Aside from those mistakes, Jackson threw the ball effectively and has maintained his sharpness after missing the first ten days of camp due to a COVID-19 positive test. During Monday’s joint practice between the Eagles and Patriots, Jalen Hurts seemed to have the finest day of all the quarterbacks, including Cam Newton, whom Hurts described to as “a fantastic talent.” Hurts was in charge, accurate, and on time with his passes, with the exception of one 7-on-7 series in which he threw two interceptions. A teardrop down the left sideline flew over New England corner J.C. Jackson and into the fingers of Jalen Reagor, who pulled it in for a huge gain after a brief wobble. Tim McManus, Ph.D.
Jalen Mayfield, a rookie offensive lineman who spent the bulk of training camp at right tackle, worked mainly at left guard on Monday. Atlanta had considered him for a guard spot since selecting him, and the return of Kaleb McGary and the promotion of Willie Beavers, as well as the possible need for competition for Josh Andrews at left guard, provided the justification for doing so. Mayfield worked mainly with the second team on Monday, but he expects to get a lot of time at left guard between now and the start of the regular season. Michael Rothstein is a writer and producer.
It seems like there was a misunderstanding over whether the Jaguars were training in full pads on Monday. Several offensive and defensive linemen, including defensive end K’Lavon Chaisson and left tackle Cam Robinson, came up without leg pads. The players were compelled to change on the field when the equipment crew handed out trousers and pads. Robinson, who is on the franchise tag and is guaranteed $13.754 million this season, declined to wear the trousers and padding and continued to participate in practice. Mike DiRocco’s remark
During training, quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick continues to set himself apart from backup Taylor Heinicke and the others. On Monday, he shone in a two-minute scenario, throwing with rhythm and anticipation and capping one drive with a touchdown pass to tight end Logan Thomas on a rub route near the goal line. Fitzpatrick is completing his passes on time, which pleases the coaches. It definitely helps because you’ve been facing the same defense for weeks; you’ve become used to it. But, even after completions, Fitzpatrick speaks with the receivers about what they should do on the same play with a different look from the defense. Since the beginning of camp, coaches and players have harped on that information, and they hope it pays off throughout the season. ‘John Keim’
Running back D’Andre Swift was kept out of Monday’s practice session due to a groin issue, but coach Dan Campbell hopes to have him back on a limited basis for Tuesday’s practice session. Swift has been restricted throughout camp and did not play in the preseason opener against the Buffalo Bills on Friday, which allowed Jamaal Williams to get additional repetitions with the starting unit. According to Campbell, the Lions are being cautious with Swift and decided to sit him against Buffalo, despite the fact that he could have played if they truly needed him. “Hopefully he’ll feel better tomorrow,” Campbell said of Swift, “and we’ll be able to start progressing him with practice.” When the season begins, he is anticipated to be the starter.
